Attractive risk-adjusted returns relative to other investment opportunities

Impact Credit Solutions (“ICS”) is a technology-driven institutional investor that invests in productive consumer and small business loans in Southeast Asia originated through alternative lending platforms. We combine deep expertise in alternative lending with best-in-class technology solutions to bridge international capital markets with underserved communities in Southeast Asia. We provide our platform partners with long-term capital to allow them to scale their businesses sustainably, while providing our investors with stable, downside protected returns. We believe in profit with purpose and seek to build longterm relationships with partners who share our values beyond financial returns.

Our investors are financial institutions, asset managers, family offices and other accredited investors seeking to access consumer and small business lending in Southeast Asia. We work with our partner platforms to deploy investor funds to consumer and small business loans, enabling investors to receive attractive risk-adjusted returns through a combination of competitive loan pricing and structured risk protection. Additionally, consumer and small business lending provides portfolio diversification benefits given their low correlation to traditional asset classes. From a social impact perspective, investors have the opportunity to drive financial inclusion and economic development in Southeast Asia.

Our partner platforms include marketplace lending platforms, balance sheet lenders and other lending-related originators. We work closely with our partners, enabling them to scale their loan origination volumes efficiently and sustainably. We also help with strategy, improving core lending processes by sharing our local expertise and providing insights on international best practices where applicable, and developing lending programs with third parties. We seek to build long-term relationships with a select group of platforms that shares our values beyond just financial returns. We want to help them grow into world-class businesses that also positively impact their local communities, driving financial inclusion and economic development through responsible lending practices.
